1 Tuition for both 3 and 4-year-old Pre-K programs. 11 month classes begin August 12, 2008 through May 22, 2009. 3 and 4-year old Pre-K hours are 8:15 a.m. -2:30 p.m. * Tuition per month figures are an average cost based on an 11-month contract. Please contact the Business Office for more information on payment plan options.

Grammar School Tuition Covered: Books, School Supplies, Field Trips, and Achievement Testing
Not Covered: Hot Lunch, Backpacks, Participation in Clubs or Honor Societies, Class or School Parties, Spiritwear, Suzuki Programs, Uniforms, Musical Instruments, Summer Enrichment, and After School Care.

| Summary |
A Down Payment of 6% for each child's tuition is due at contract signing and is non-refundable.
Tuition may be paid using two options: A single payment for the full year tuition. Full payment made directly to Covenant Christian Academy will receive a 2% discount. No interest tuition payments through FACTS Tuition Management (for a one-time FACTS agreement fee of $38 or $45). Payment options available are automatic bank draft, credit card installations, check or money order. The first payment is due March 1 to CCA, each payment thereafter will be due on day 5 or day 20 of each month through FACTS. For more information on FACTS, please contact the Business Office.
New Students. Application fee of $150 is due with application (non-refundable).
Financial aid may be available for families in need of tuition assistance. Contact the Business Office for a financial aid application packet. Financial aid is given to previously enrolled families first, then new families after.
Annual Fund. We would appreciate your participation in this annual giving program which enables Covenant to provide the highest quality of education for our students. Gifts are tax-deductible.
Scholarship Fund. The Pamela E. Skinner Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to remember the life of a CCA Mother who passed away in 2002 from Lou Gherig's disease. Students who demonstrate hard work, a commitment to excellence, and Christian walk should apply. Applications may be obtained from the Business Office and are due March 1.
Capital Campaign. God has blessed us with a wonderful campus. Believe Build Become is the captial campaign to build our new Grammar School. If you feel led to give, please contact the Director of Development.
