Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Covenant Christian Academy. Please follow these three simple steps to print out the correct application forms for your child.

Step 1

Each family should print out the document below and fill out the appropriate information one time regardless of the number of children you are enrolling:

Next, please print out the following grade specific Application Packet for each child you are enrolling and fill out all of the forms that are included:

Pre-K through Grade 1
Grade 2 through Grade 4
Grade 5 through Grade 6
Grade 7 through Grade 12

Step 3

Please return completed application in person, mail, fax, or scanned e-mail attachment to:

We are still accepting applications for the 2009-2010 school year as space is available. Applications for the 2010-2011 school year are being accepted and we will process them in the order received. Application forms may be downloaded and printed or picked up in the Admissions Office.
