Step 1: Each Family should print out the document below and fill out the appropriate information one time regardless of the number of children you are enrolling:

Step 2: Next, please print out the following grade specific Information Packet for each child you are enrolling and fill out all of the forms that are included:

Pre-K through Grade 1 Grade 2 through Grade 4 Grade 5 through Grade 6 Grade 7 through Grade 12

Step 3: Please return completed application in person, mail, fax or scanned e-mail attachment to:
