Spaces available now for 2008-2009 school year
10 month classes begin August 12, 2008 through May 22, 2009:

  • Spaces available in 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade
  • Pre-K 3 year-old (T/TH) or (M/W/F) 8:15 am-2:30 pm
  • Pre-K 4 year-old (T/TH), (M/W/F) or (M-F) 8:15 am-2:45 pm
  • Kindergarten (M-F) 8:00 am-2:45 pm
  • First Grade and Fourth Grade, 8:00 am-3:10 pm
    (Call for limited availability in 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th grades.)

We are currently accepting applications for the 2008/2009 school year. Application forms may be downloaded or picked up in the Admissions Office.

The first step in the admissions process is to schedule a "get acquainted" meeting with Admissions. Complete an application and include the following:
  • $150 non-refundable application fee made payable to CCA
  • Signed Copy of consent for criminal background check
  • Photocopies of parent or guardian driver's license(s)
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of immunization records
  • Signed copy of the statement of faith
  • If applicable, a copy of previous testing for reading or learning differences
  • If applicable, a copy of any crucial medical or educational-diagnostic reports
  • Copy of most recent report card and achievement test results (Grades 1-12 only)
  • Signed copy of student questionnaire (Grades 7-12 only)
  • All applicants must request pastoral and principal recommendations.
  • Forms may be downloaded or picked up in the Admissions Office.
  • Upon receipt of the above materials, entrance testing will be scheduled.
  • A student interview (Grades 7-12) will be scheduled once testing is complete.
  • Please contact the Business Office located in the Tara Village Shopping Center at 817-514-1996 for financial aid information.
In addition, requests for teacher recommendations are as follows:
  • Pre-K, Kindergarten, Pre-first, and Grade 1: Most recent Preschool or Kindergarten teacher
  • Grades 2-4: Primary teacher
  • Grades 5-12: English/Language Arts teacher
  • Grades 5-12: Math teacher
Instruct pastor, principal, and teacher(s) to send their recommendations directly to Admissions by mail, fax or scanned e-mail attachment:
